4 Teaching Days

Description

New to Dillman’s in 2022

Are you considering starting or growing your online art business? In this 4 full-day workshop, Marilee will walk you through how to get started building an online art business. She understands the challenges of websites, blogging, Facebook and other social media sites, mailing lists, newsletters, promoting events/demos/workshops —– now more than ever. She will cover everything you need to get your online art business off the ground. Marilee will share her knowledge regarding lessons she has learned from marketing her husband and watercolorist, Dale L Popovich, art organizations, and her clients.

She will discuss:
• Mind-mapping your art business
• How to develop your brand as an artist
• Websites including an online store
• Setting up an online school
• Blogging
• Email marketing
• Social media marketing
• Hardware, software, and equipment
• She will show you how to fearlessly push the boundaries (and then some)
• And her strategy to tackle this elephant in the room

In addition:
• Learning materials will be supplied
• There will be a Facebook private group so you can have a community of like-minded artists and continue the conversation
• Three once a month, 1-hour Zoom Q & A/touchpoint group meetings
• We will defiantly have fun during the 4-full days

Ready to get your online business in shape?

PLEASE NOTE: you must have a working knowledge of the computer/smart pad and the internet. No smartphones, please.

It doesn’t matter how good your art maybe — you could be the next Sargent or Picasso — if no one sees your work or knows you exist, then you’ll never sell much art.
