4 – Accommodations You may stay in one of our Lakeside Cabins or Contemporary Motels as a 'Resident' or you can attend a workshop as a 'Day Student' where you would be responsible for your own accommodations. Rooms are assigned based upon the size of your party and your preferences whenever possible.

	OPTIONAL - If you have a preferred unit, let us know. Selecting a preference does not guarantee assignment.

	There is a special half rate fee for one night before or after your class, if you do not have to relocate accommodations. Check this box if you'd be interested to learn more.
	Single supplement — If you would like to have your own private bedroom and bath, a single supplement is available for an extra $30 per day. Please check the box below if you are interested.
	Pets are welcome — I will be traveling with a pet ($15 per night).
	Airport transfer — I may need transporation from the Rhinelander WI (RHI) airport for a fee.
5 – Deposit — We do not offer online payment options. A $300 deposit for 'Resident' guests or $100 for 'Day Student' guests is required within two weeks of completing this form to reserve space. We prefer a check for deposit, however, if there is no other choice we do accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via 715-588-3143. Please check which deposit amount you are mailing:
	I will be mailing a $300 Advance deposit for a 4-5 teaching day workshop as a 'Resident.'
	I will be mailing a $100 Advance deposit for a 3 teaching day worksthop as a 'Resident'; or as 'Day Student.' Please mail your deposit to: DILLMAN'S Post Office Box 98, Lac du Flambeau, WI 54538

6 – Payment — We do not offer online payment options. Your remaining balance will be due upon arrival by personal check or cash (payment by credit card is accepted).
