Tom, internationally known watercolorist, with 39 years of teaching experience at Dillman's Creative Arts in northern Wisconsin and around the world, will present in 90 minutes Watercolor Secrets Revealed. This is an exciting watercolor adventure in contrast, light and color. Tom has a unique and fun way to break down the creative process... he will explain his method and impressionist style. He will introduce you to what, you too, may do in your retirement years or how to develop a creative hobby right now. He will tell you in in his humorous style, how life for a young college student evolved into a successful business career against the fears and discouragement of his father who said, "You will never make a living being an artist". Tom has been referred to as one of the nation's premier watercolorists. Tom has been extremely respected in his career with the following art related activities and achievements:

Scholarships

We are committed to offering art workshops because we know learning is a life-long process. We recognize that even thought we try to keep the instruction, lodging and meal prices competitive, that the price may be beyond the means of some. With that in mind, Dillman's offers partial scholarships / honorariums to help off-set the cost of the workshop. The scholarships are awarded to students based on financial needs. These scholarships are set up and given to those that would not be able to attend a workshop if they are not given financial support. Proceeds of the art corner gift shop will be awarded as scholarships to the northern Wisconsin art workshops. Scholarships are available and applications are online.
