Dillman's, and the art community, have lost a dear friend.
Marilyn Jane Sterling (nee Ryznar) March 30, 1946 - January 21, 2013 Survived by the 4 loves of her life, sons Christian (Kathi), Carson (Charlotte), Cooper (Janis), and Carter (Meghan). Fun loving and spirited Nana to 10 Grandsons and 3 Granddaughters. Once wife to John. Sister and friend to Carolyn Ryznar. (Pictured: Carolyn on left, Marilyn on right)
Marilyn will forever be known for her ability to light up a room - her infectious smile, her giving heart, her love for life. She lived her life to the fullest, exactly as she wanted. With Marilyn, what you see is what you get. She made the hard work of Mom look effortless while protecting her four boys in a lifetime of adventures all the while raising them to be wonderful men, husbands, and fathers. She later moved to Kenosha, WI where she rediscovered her passionate love and inspiring talent for art. A young soul that refused to grow up yet was taken too soon. She will be greatly missed, deeply appreciated, abundantly loved, and joyfully celebrated. Marilyn's impact on us all will be remembered for generations.
Please keep Marilyn's family in your thoughts.
