Fresh Start – Watercolor
New to Dillman’s

Leslie will introduce you to unconventional painting exercises that build on your strengths and help you to easily overcome artistic challenges. Learn to paint luminous darks, handle color relationships, and create winning designs by linking a variety of shapes and edges. This simple approach demonstrates how to find your own unique style and continue improving your skills over a lifetime. Leslie will include group demos as well as personal instruction. During the demos, Leslie explains how she approaches the painting process, uses materials and interprets a subject. Questions are always welcome. While you paint, she is available to provide technical advice, offer suggestions about materials, and provide guidance on composition and design.
It was Leslie’s introduction to watercolors that inspired her to become an artist. She earned the M.F.A. degree in studio arts, has served as an adjunct faculty member at numerous colleges, and currently conducts workshops across the country. The artist has been featured in Watercolor Artist, The Artist's Magazine, U.S. Art and American Art Collector. She is also an elected member of the American Watercolor Society, the Society of Women Artists in England, and the Southern Watercolor Society in the U.S. Learn more at www.frontzstudio.com.
