Gerald Brommer A studio course designed to take you in new directions, using either acrylics or watercolors, combined with collage. You will learn how to abstract natural landscape resources in order to create vivid, exciting images. This unique workshop features some design exercises which lead directly into designing with subject matter of your choice. Emphasis is on exploring ways to create strong, colorful, unique landscape imagery that is truly personal and different.

The overriding goal of this workshop is to help you achieve freedom of expression, learn to respond to surfaces, develop ways to abstract landscape imagery, and to enjoy the process of exploring a new and exciting means of expression.

Gerald has dedicated his life to art, in watercolor painting, teaching, writing, and jurying. He has written 20 books on a wide range of art subjects. Gerry has a knack for bringing out students talent through his warmth, genuine interest and insight.

Studio: Something for all levels - BEGINNERS WELCOME. .
Frank offers a partial tuition scholarship.
Workshop Fee: $525 + tax.

Day students are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception (included in your package). You are also invited to join the class dinners (additional fee). PAL’s (Participants at large) can vacation at Dillman’s for $50 per night for accommodations. Costs for box lunches and dinners are additional.
