Landscape On Location in Oil
Returning for the 2nd year in 2010
www.richardmcdaniel.com
This workshop concentrates on strong composition and lively color while examining the difference between working on location and in the studio.
You will develop paintings from your impressions of the landscape. Richard provides easygoing, individual instruction. Through demonstrations and
discussion we will consider various ways to plan a painting, apply color, and make adjustments to works in progress. Participants will learn about
materials, technique, and composition, as well as gain a fresh understanding of color, value, and structure. Join us, you’ll work hard but you’ll have fun.
