Join us for the second annual Women’s Executive Retreat at Dillman’s Bay Resort, July 25-29, 2010. The five-day event for women leaders and entrepreneurs is sponsored by In Business magazine and Madison, Wisconsin management consultant Kathleen A. Paris, Ph.D. The aim is to provide solutions for leading in today’s challenging economic environment and to renew our physical and emotional resources.

Topics include a personal leadership assessment, update on change management tools, communications tune-up using The Clover Practice™, and organizational and personal strategic planning. Each participant will select a personal leadership problem to work on.

Cyndi Fine, B.S., C.B.W., and owner of Hands on Health, Madison, Wisconsin, will lead the group in activities for relaxation and mind-body integration. Each participant will also have the option of receiving a personal body work session with Fine.

After the event, Paris will facilitate a continuing virtual mastermind group for participants. The conference fee is $975 which includes all meals, refreshments, instructional materials binder, 15 hours of instruction, gift bag, and sunset cruises. The schedule leaves plenty of time each day for walking in the woods, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors and White Sand Lake. For over twenty years, retreat leader Kathleen Paris has provided consulting and facilitation for strategic planning and process improvement. Since publication of her 2008 book, Staying Healthy in Sick Organizations: The Clover Practice™, her focus has been on developing leaders. Kathleen has been interviewed about modern leadership on television and radio in Madison, Milwaukee, Wausau, and Green Bay.

Kathleen holds the title of consultant, distinguished, emeritus from the UW-Madison Office of Quality Improvement. She received a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from UW-Madison, and has served as a senior lecturer on the Madison campus.

PAL’s (Participants at large) can vacation at Dillman’s for $300, includes accommodations. Costs for breakfasts, dinners and receptions are additional.
