Doug Lew TWSA     August 30 – September 5, 2009 (Five Teaching Days)
Painting from Life and Capturing Motion in Watercolor

This is an intensive five day workshop for artists of intermediate and advanced levels seeking deeper insight and inspiration in the watercolor medium. The workshop will use figures and motion as focal points to explore the medium. There will be a live model for two days. The objective is to confront common watercolor problems, as we work toward, but not necessarily, a finished painting...to that end, special attention will be given to composition and color. A critique will be given at the end of the day to provide an opportunity for discussion and an exchange of ideas.

Studio: Something for all levels.
Doug offers a partial tuition scholarship.
Workshop Fee: $535 + tax. Includes Model Fees.
Room & 1 Dinner Fee: $365.50 + tax.
