Nessa Grainger AWS, NAWA June 21 – 26, 2009 (Four Teaching Days) New to Dillman’s You will find new ways to create exciting, new paintings by exploring mixed watermedia/collage using watercolors, inks and acrylics with collage. Combining watermedia and acrylics results in a unique and fascinating process that points the way to many surprises and the fun of experimentation, discovery and the opening of a whole new world of creative possibilities. Daily demonstrations will show how the many different materials can be used to create harmony with color, form, line, shape and texture – which are essential elements of design and composition. This workshop is intended to help all students reach their own artistic goals.
Day students are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception (included in your package). You are also invited to join the class for breakfasts and dinners (additional fee). PAL’s (Participants at large) can vacation at Dillman’s
for $300, includes accommodations. Costs for breakfasts, dinners and receptions
are additional.
