Ingrid Dohm    September 24 – 29, 2006 (Four Teaching Days)
Floral Watercolor

Enjoy the process of watercolor painting! In this class you will learn ways to control the medium and develop a simple and joyful style of painting. Ingrid paints in a representational and impressionistic style. She takes her cue from nature, utilizing watercolors, hoping to bring out the myriad shapes, forms and colors that has been bestowed upon us. Instead of focusing on mistakes, this class will help you work through difficulties. We will have mini-critiques each session and an in-depth critique at the end of the week. There will be personal hands-on attention throughout each session and a demonstration after each assignment. We will be painting Still Life from life (not from photographs) in watercolor.
