Composition by Design — All Levels, All Media
New to Dillman’s www.lindabaker.biz
Linda’s workshop will focus on bringing your artwork to the next level through the principles and elements of design. The placement of subject matter, color choices, as well as harmony, unity, and dominance dictate the success of a painting. Most of us have painting starts but where do we go from there? So often small changes make the difference between an acceptable painting and a show stopper! Regardless of level, media, realism, or abstraction, the common denominator is composition. Students are encouraged to bring unresolved artwork in need of completion. Demonstrations, slide presentations, and personal consultation will be capped off by a final constructive critique. Fun exercises, thought provoking discussions, encouragement, and enthusiasm, promise an enjoyable workshop experience.
