The Grand View East and Grand View West split level duplex was built in 1974 as two complete lakeside homes. There is air conditioning throughout. Each duplex have four bedrooms each. There is a separate private deck overlooking the private 100 foot pier and the pristine sandy beach of White Sand Lake. Grand View East has TV/VCR/Satellite and a telephone.

Grand View East has three bedrooms upstairs and two and a half baths plus a full building screened porch (8 feet by 35 feet) overlooking the western sunsets:

• Room #1 – Queen bed with walk through closet and huge bathroom, enjoy the 7 feet by 5 feet tub / shower
• Bedroom #2 – One queen and one twin bed
• Bedroom #3 – Two full beds
• Powder room / half bath
• Utility room with washer and dryer
• Full kitchen includes a dishwasher, new appliances, and breakfast counter
• Living / dining room offers a full wall stone wood burning fireplace and sliding glass doors provide access to lower level porch and the view of White Sand Lake
• Large den has two twin beds
• Telephone

• Sheets, blankets and pillows

• You have access to the outdoor cook-out site and fire circle
• Each unit has a Weber grill
• If your unit has a kitchen or kitchenette, there are dishes, pots, pans, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs, dish soap and dish towels.

• Additional people above the “Rate Based On” number in your unit cost $40 per night, $260 per week.
• Children’s rates: under 12 years are 50% of adult cost.
• No cost under 2 years of age.
• Cribs and roll-a-ways are available.
• Pet rates: $15 per night. Pet owners are held responsible for any damage done by their pets and may not be left unattended in units.
